Warranty Conditions

This limited warranty applies to any purchase for RosaLight, provided that it was purchased from the website rosalight.com or rosalight.co and is valid for exactly 5 years from the date of purchase, based on a valid proof of purchase.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, RosaLight will repair or replace, at no charge, the product or parts of the product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

What will we do to correct problems?
RosaLight will either repair the product, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the product at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for RosaLight is 5 years from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part automatically assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
-Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
-Conditions, malfunctions or damage due to wrong use of the product
-Conditions, malfunctions or damage due to contact with water
-Wear and tear of the product including of the cables and other accessories
-Damages or defects to the remote control, the power cord or USB cord are not covered

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@rosalight.com with a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt), images or video proof of the damage and as a second step you will be required to send us back the product to the address details confirmed by us via email.

We are not responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.

Furthermore, we are also not liable for products lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us and thereforere recommend the use of a tracked shipping option and to purchase shipping insurance.

Upon receipt of the product we will then inspect it and provide the most suitable solution for your case, provided it fulfills the conditions above.
